- Develop backup policies in collaboration with Risk Security & Legal teams
- Design and implement backup infrastructure
- Install and manage backup and storage systems
- Ensure the operational environment remains functional
- Plan for backup and storage capacity requirements
- Optimize the performance of backup, restore, and storage systems
- Automate routine tasks to improve efficiency
- Prepare operational documentation, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage ITIL processes in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs)
- Participate in the design, implementation, and testing of disaster recovery plans

- Technical expertise in backup systems, including PTL and VTL
- Technical expertise in storage systems, such as SAN, NAS, tiered storage, and RAID configurations
- Knowledge of data replication, deduplication, compression, and encryption
- Familiarity with job scheduling techniques
- Fluent in English + Dutch or French
