Functional & Integration Analyst

As a Functional and Integration Analyst, you are responsible for defining functional requirements and integration needs, developing solutions, and managing applications. You collaborate closely with various IT teams and stakeholders to define, prioritize, and optimize applications and projects. In addition, you serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for your stakeholders, ensuring that developers receive the necessary guidance and support for all business integrations, functional requirements, and application specifications. You;

• Centralize business requirements and requests.
• Assess the feasibility of requests and challenge stakeholders when needed.
• Perform impact analyses in collaboration with other teams.
• Ensure solutions align with architecture and security principles.
• Provide developers with information and validate technical designs.
• Align functional analyses and integrations with the SAFe Agile methodology.
• Contribute to technical architecture with various teams.
• Manage and document the service catalog.
• Assist in creating test scripts.
• Support test campaigns with stakeholders.
• Participate in functional and integration meetings with Business Owners and stakeholders.

You have a very good command of French or Dutch and can conduct simple conversations in the second language. Excellent command of English is essential.

• Master’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• Around 5 years of experience as a functional or integration analyst.
• Excellent knowledge of UML (use cases, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, etc.).
• Thorough understanding of integration principles (ESB, Microservices, Event Bus, etc.).
• Experience in developing and maintaining domain models.
• Customer-focused and results-driven with strong listening skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, logical, structured, and organized.
• Responsible and independent in delivering quality work, respecting priorities and deadlines.
• Positive, pragmatic, and proactive with a strong sense of initiative and anticipation.

Plus:

• Good knowledge of BPMN is a plus.
• Experience with Enterprise Architect is an asset.
• Familiarity with Agile (SCRUM) is beneficial.
